Investor and Partner Visa Services
Establish or maintain your UAE residence through your investment or partnership in a licensed business, with BizCafe support from company documentation through immigration processing and Emirates ID.
Connect Your UAE Business With Your Residence
Investor and partner residence routes are designed for people with an investment or partnership interest in a UAE business. Your trade licence, company documents and ownership position form an important part of the application.
We Check the Structure First
Before starting immigration processing, BizCafe reviews the licence, legal form, partnership or investment documents and the residence route available for the applicant.
- ✓Trade licence and company document review
- ✓Shareholding / partnership check
- ✓Visa, status change and Emirates ID coordination
Benefits of Having an Investor or Partner Visa
For a business owner or partner, UAE residence creates a more complete personal and commercial presence than holding a company licence alone.
What a Partner Visa Helps With — and What It Does Not Guarantee
This distinction is important. UAE residency can strengthen your documentation profile, but a visa is never an automatic approval for a bank account, credit card, loan or other facility.
Potential Banking Advantages
- ✓UAE residence and Emirates ID provide core KYC identification used by UAE financial institutions.
- ✓A resident can generally explore resident banking products for which they otherwise meet the bank's criteria.
- ✓Your UAE company, licence and business banking history can help demonstrate your commercial presence.
- ✓A longer, documented UAE relationship may help build a clearer financial profile over time.
Limitations / Demerits to Understand
- !A partner visa is not proof of a fixed salary. Some personal finance products are designed around salaried employment and salary transfer.
- !Banks may request company statements, personal statements, financials, source of funds, income evidence and business history.
- !New companies or applicants without sufficient banking history may face more documentation or limited facility eligibility.
- !Account opening, credit cards, loans, mortgages and limits remain entirely subject to each bank's KYC, credit and risk policies.

Investor and Partner Visa FAQs
What is the difference between an investor visa and a partner visa?
The terminology generally reflects the applicant's ownership or partnership position in the business. The actual residence procedure and eligibility depend on the company's legal form, jurisdiction, shareholding and immigration category.
Can I sponsor my family with an investor or partner residence?
Eligible UAE residents can sponsor qualifying family members subject to the immigration requirements in force for the sponsor and dependants.
Does a partner visa make it easier to open a UAE bank account?
Residence and Emirates ID provide important KYC documents and can allow you to apply for resident banking services. However, bank-account approval is independent and remains subject to the bank's compliance, source-of-funds and risk assessment.
Can I get a personal loan or credit card with a partner visa?
You can apply where you meet the bank's criteria, but approval is not guaranteed. Unlike a conventional employee, an investor or partner may not have a standard salary-transfer profile, so banks can request additional income, company and banking evidence.
Can an investor or partner obtain long-term residency?
Potentially. GDRFA Dubai currently provides a 10-year Golden Residence route for qualifying investors, including eligible investors or partners in UAE companies who meet the applicable investment-value and documentary requirements.
Does every investor or partner automatically qualify for Golden Residency?
No. Golden Residency is a separate category with higher eligibility requirements. BizCafe reviews the investment structure and supporting evidence before recommending this route.
Can an investor or partner qualify for a Golden Visa?
Potentially, but Golden Residency has separate higher eligibility requirements. Investor or partner status by itself does not automatically provide Golden Residency.
